Merger of DEWIMED and REMA

DEWIMED and REMA are pleased to announce the successful completion of their merger on June 30, 2023. Since July 1, 2023, they have been operating as a joint entity under the name DEWIMED Medizintechnick GmbH. This strategic merger marks a significant step in the development of both companies and opens up exciting new perspectives. We would like to emphasize that the well-established Rema brand with its full product line will continue to exist even after the merger.
